Having guilds/clans is a big rework of the game and won't happen if this game doesn't draw 10k's new players to it but that takes Bethesda making some great advances in the game. Maybe some type of weekly competition where players can compete against others or some type of co-op quest like having a BOSS that takes a large group of players to defete. It takes time but getting all your 200 dwellers maxed on skills and lvl and your vault maxed out is kind of end game. I like the game but I can see where it will get monotonus after awhile.
